Vogue Outerwear Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Vogue Outerwear, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit perfectly. That's why we have a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as custom size or personalized items, may not be eligible for return due to customization reasons.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping address. Please note that the return shipping cost is to be paid by the buyer. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.


Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we are happy to assist you. Before placing your order, please make sure to go through the size chart, and if you have trouble selecting a size, contact our customer support for suggestions on the perfect fit. Simply contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the item you would like to exchange. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping address.

Once we receive the item you wish to exchange, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria. If approved, we will ship the new item to you free of charge. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide you with alternative options or issue a refund.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. The items are dispatched after a proper quality check by our experienced team, but sometimes issues can still occur. In such cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
